These terms set the conditions for using Interval Timer (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy.

1. The Service

The Service is a web timer for boxing, combat sports, HIIT and other training. It is free to use without registration (data charges are your responsibility). For how to use it, see the How to use.

2. Precautions for training

The Service is designed to be used online. We do not guarantee operation on every device or browser, including offline launch for supporters. Sounds may not play while the screen is locked or another app is in use.

Before use, check the timing and sounds on your actual device. Where precise timing is required, such as official matches, follow the timing method set by the organizer.

Take care of your health and your surroundings, and train within your limits.

3. Settings and presets

Settings and presets are saved in your browser. There is no sync or backup, and they are lost if you clear your browser data.

4. Ads

The Service shows ads. For how information is handled for ads and analytics, see the Privacy Policy. Products and services behind ads are subject to their providers’ terms.

5. Supporting development

Support is optional; all features are available without it. In a browser where an eligible support payment has been verified, ad-free mode and offline launch are available while the Service is provided. Payments and refunds follow the payment service’s terms, and refunded support does not qualify. Using the benefit on another device or after clearing data requires your restoration pass; if you lose it, access cannot be restored automatically.

6. Prohibited actions

• Violating laws or infringing the rights of others
• Interfering with operation, such as unauthorized access or placing excessive load on servers
• Impersonating the operator or others, or fraudulently clicking or displaying ads
• Copying or distributing the Service’s text, audio or code without permission

7. Rights

Rights to the Service’s text, code, audio and other content belong to the operator or the rightful owners. Open-source and similar materials are subject to their own licenses.

8. Changes to the Service and terms

We may change, suspend or end features or the Service. When the impact is significant, we will notify you in advance where possible. When we change these terms, we will announce the changes and their effective date.

9. Liability

We strive to maintain and improve the Service, but display errors, delayed sounds, loss of saved information and similar issues may occur. However, these terms do not exclude liability where exclusion is not permitted by law, such as for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. Rights users have under laws such as the Consumer Contract Act are not limited.
